The grand prize goes to Judy Hine Strom! She pulled the microfiche from an LDS genealogy research center in Arizona, with the information that was missing from my version.
This is a Cook County (Roseland/Chicago) Census taken 28 June 1880. Our Heuns are near the bottom of the page (which is why they were cut off the version I found,) number 716.
They were farmers, all born in Holland. Albert had an older brother, Frederick, who was 20 at the time (b. abt. 1860) and a younger sister, Katie, who was 16 (b. abt. 1864.) Albert’s parents were named John and Nellie, both listed at 48 years of age (b. abt. 1812.)
