Does anyone know anything about the lineage of Albert Hine (Heun)?

I may have found 1880 U.S. Census data on Albert Hine’s parents. The bizarre thing is that the actual Census page (on ancestry.com) doesn’t seem to match the transcription on the site. There are no Hines or Heuns at all listed. The transcription, however, reads as follows. (Does anyone know if Albert’s parents’ names were indeed John and Nellie?)
