I found a Dutch website with a wealth of information about our ancestors, specifically the lineage of Jan DeJong and Maartje Hoogvorst (parents of Jacob DeJong who immigrated to the US from the Netherlands.)
Glenn’s genealogy lists the names of each of their parents, as well as Jan DeJong’s paternal grandfather. This “new” find goes back several more generations in both directions, with dates and sibling information. DeJong and VanVuuren ancestors included Eenigenburg, Hoogvorst, Peetoom, Pieters, & Kluft families.
