“Grandma used to make this after holidays with leftover ham and Turkey, so when I had some ham I needed to use, I thought it would be the perfect meal! I don’t think I ever made it before but it brought back good memories.”

Ingredients
- 4 T butter or margarine
- 2 medium or 1 large green peppers (cut in julienne strips)
- 8T flour
- 3 c hot chicken stock (I use 1 lg can chicken broth)
- 1 lb cooked turkey (cut in julienne strips)
- ¼ lb ham (cut in julienne strips)
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 10 oz thin noodles (I like Amish noodles)
- 2 T grated cheese
- 6 saltine crackers, crushed
Instructions
Melt butter in 3 qt saucepan, add green peppers & simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Add flour & stir well. Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Cook sauce about 5 min or until smooth. Add turkey, ham, parsley, Worcestershire Sauce, salt & pepper. Bring to a second boil and add milk gradually while gently stirring.Simmer 5 min. Cook noodles 7 min and drain. Place all ingredients in a greased casserole. Top turkey mixture with cheese & crushed crackers.
Bake: oven 325° for 30 min or until thoroughly heated.
